Fibreco CFO Jas Litt named new president

Fibreco’s board of directors has name a new president. Jas Litt, who most recently served as the company’s chief financial officer, is now serving as president.

Litt has been with Fibreco for more than 11 years, serving in various roles in the finance department. He holds a chartered professional accounting designation and currently serves as the vice-president of the Waterfront Employers of B.C.

Fibreco is among the largest woody biomass handling terminals in the world, located on the North Vancouver waterfront.

Fibreco’s former president Megan Owen-Evans announced last month she has taken on the role of president at Neptune Terminals.
